Your content
Only upload videos you own or have permission to use.
You are responsible for the rights, music, footage, and people shown in the video.
Generated clips remain based on the content you uploaded.
You keep responsibility for where and how you publish downloaded clips.

Service reliability
Processing can fail, take longer than expected, or return fewer clips.
Clip quality is not guaranteed while the product is being improved.
Features, limits, pricing, and retention rules may change.
The app may reject weak moments rather than return filler clips.

Fair use
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
Do not try to bypass account limits or interfere with the service.
We may pause or remove access if needed.
Do not share access in a way that causes unexpected GPU or storage costs.

Plans, billing and storage
Free and Premium limits are shown before you start a set. Stripe handles Premium billing. Clips are stored for a limited time, so download anything important before it expires.

Publishing and support
CueCut does not publish to social platforms automatically. If something fails, use the support file from the run where available.
