Beta terms
Terms
Last updated: June 12, 2026
CueCut is currently a beta product. These terms are intentionally short and practical while the service is being tested.
Your Content
- Only upload videos you own or have permission to use.
- You are responsible for the rights, music, footage, and people shown in the video.
- Generated clips remain based on the content you uploaded.
- You keep responsibility for where and how you publish downloaded clips.
Beta Reliability
- Processing can fail, take longer than expected, or return fewer clips.
- Clip quality is not guaranteed during beta testing.
- Features, limits, pricing, and retention rules may change.
- The app may reject weak moments rather than return filler clips.
Fair Use Of The Service
- Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
- Do not try to bypass account limits or interfere with the service.
- We may pause or remove access during the beta if needed.
- Do not share access in a way that causes unexpected GPU or storage costs.
Plans And Billing
Free and Premium limits are shown in the app before you start a run. Premium billing is handled through Stripe. If billing is changed, paused, or cancelled, your available limits may change too.
Downloads And Storage
Clips are stored for a limited time. Download important clips before they expire. Deleting a run removes it from your history and removes stored clip files where possible.
No Automatic Social Uploads
The app does not publish clips to social platforms automatically. Future social upload features will require account connection and explicit permission.
Support
If something fails, use the support file from the run where available. It helps diagnose upload, clip creation, and download issues without needing a long technical explanation.
