CueCut is an evolving product. These terms are intentionally short and practical while the service is being improved.

Your content
Only upload videos you own or have permission to use.
You are responsible for the rights, music, footage, and people shown in the video.
Generated clips remain based on the content you uploaded.
You keep responsibility for where and how you publish downloaded clips.

Service reliability
Processing can fail, take longer than expected, or return fewer clips.
Clip quality is not guaranteed while the product is being improved.
Features, limits, pricing, and retention rules may change.
The app may reject weak moments rather than return filler clips.

Fair use
Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or abusive content.
Do not try to bypass account limits or interfere with the service.
We may pause or remove access if needed.
Do not share access in a way that causes unexpected GPU or storage costs.

Plans and storage
Free and Premium limits are shown before you start a set. Clips are stored for a limited time, so download anything important before it expires.

Subscriptions and credits
Premium is a monthly subscription. On the website it is billed by Stripe; in the iPhone app it is billed by Apple through In-App Purchase, to your Apple ID.
It renews automatically every month until you cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date to avoid the next charge; Premium stays on until the end of the period you have paid for.
To cancel a website subscription, use Cancel subscription on your Account page, which opens Stripe's billing portal. To cancel one bought on iPhone, go to iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions.
Refunds for purchases made in the iPhone app are handled by Apple under Apple's terms. We cannot issue those refunds ourselves.
Where a free trial is offered, it lasts 7 days and is available once per account. When it ends, Premium is charged unless you have cancelled. A free trial includes 3 credits. Monthly credits start with your first payment.
Credit packs are one-off purchases, not a subscription, and the credits do not expire.
If a credit pack is refunded in full, or its payment is disputed with your bank, the credits from that pack are removed from your account, even if that takes your balance below zero.
Premium adds up to 15 credits for each month you pay for, on the date that month’s payment is taken. Unused monthly credits roll over, up to 30 in total; credits you buy in packs don’t count towards that limit and never expire.
If you cancel Premium, you keep the credits you already have, and you can still use them after Premium ends. Sets you clip after that use the Free plan’s settings, and no new monthly credits are added once the last period you paid for is over.
