Tell us where
the signal broke.

If something goes wrong, this page helps you work out what to try first and what to send over if you need help.

01

Upload stopped

Select the same file again and press Start Clipping. Large uploads can resume saved chunks.

02

Clips are waiting

The video is saved. The AI may still be starting, especially when the app is busy.

03

Clips do not show

Refresh the run, or open it again from Your runs. Finished clips can take a moment to appear.

04

Clipping stopped again

Press Try again first. If it stops twice, download the support file from the clip pack card.

Incident brief

What to send us

A clear support message saves a lot of back and forth. Include these details when you can:

  • The email account you used to sign in.
  • The video filename.
  • The status shown in the app.
  • What you expected to happen.
  • What actually happened.
  • The support file if the app offers one.
Good reports

Useful examples

Short, specific notes are much easier to diagnose than general ones.

  • Upload stopped at 68 percent and did not resume.
  • The clip pack stayed waiting for more than 20 minutes.
  • The clip downloaded but would not play.
  • The DJ was visible on the decks, but the camera ignored them.

Still need help?

Email support@cuecut.ai and attach your support file if the app gave you one. We usually reply within 1 business day.

For clip quality notes, keep it simple: DJ off screen, bad camera, drop early, drop late, fake drop, boring, or good clip missed.
