Quick start guide

Use this when trying CueCut for the first time. Upload a real DJ set, check the clips, and send a short note if anything feels broken or clearly wrong.

1

Create an account or sign in. This saves your runs, clips, and downloads to your account.

2

Upload one DJ set

Choose one video file. Desktop is best for larger sets, but mobile works for smaller uploads.

3

Choose clip count

Free users can create up to 3 clips. Premium users can create up to 10 clips per run.

4

Wait for processing

Keep the tab open while uploading. After upload finishes, processing can continue in the background.

5

Preview and download

Watch the finished clips in the app, then download one clip or the full clip pack.

Best test files

What to try

  • One full DJ set if you have time.
  • One realistic 20-60 minute section if the full file is huge.
  • A set where you already know there are strong moments.
  • Desktop or laptop first for large files.
Main question

Would you post it?

The most useful feedback is whether the clips feel genuinely usable for socials. One clear sentence is enough.

Good clip signal

Strong moment

A drop, mix, wheel up, crowd reaction, DJ move, or musical moment that feels worth posting.

Good clip signal

DJ feels central

If the DJ is clearly part of the shot, the clip should keep them framed and easy to watch.

Good clip signal

Clean watch

The clip should not feel boring, speech-only, badly framed, or like it starts in the wrong place.

Useful feedback

Short notes are best. Use simple labels like these:

  • Good clip
  • DJ off screen
  • Bad camera
  • Drop early
  • Drop late
  • Fake drop
  • Boring
  • Good moment missed

If something goes wrong

Send these details so the issue can be checked quickly:

  • Your account email
  • The video filename
  • The clip number
  • The time inside the clip where the issue happens
  • A short note explaining what looked wrong

What counts as a good test?

A useful test is simple: can you upload, wait for the AI, preview the clips, and download something you would actually use?
